What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect:

your name, email address and, if you give it, your organisation;
the message you write;
a one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store the IP address itself), used to limit repeated submissions;
your browser's user-agent string, used to investigate abuse;
the date and time of the message, and whether its email notification was delivered.

The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to read and respond to your enquiry, and to protect the form from spam and abuse. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Storage: messages are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. on our behalf.
Email delivery: each message is forwarded to our inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery service, with your email address set as the reply-to address.
Bot verification: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile runs in your browser and processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics; see Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

These providers may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically. Copies in our email inbox are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent. Send the request through the contact form using the same email address you used before, and we will act on the request.
